TonSonar — Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of TonSonar (the "Service") — a TON-native Telegram bot and Mini App providing wallet and smart-money alerts, new-listing safety checks, portfolio insights, and one-tap swaps via STON.fi. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Not financial advice. TonSonar is an information and convenience tool. Nothing in the Service — alerts, smart-money lists, safety badges, prices, or PnL — is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Crypto assets are highly volatile and you can lose all of your money. Always do your own research (DYOR).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you.

2. What the Service does — and does not do

The Service is read-only. It never asks for or holds your private keys or seed phrase, and it cannot access or move your funds.
Swaps are executed on STON.fi and are signed in your own wallet via TON Connect. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian, or counterparty to any trade.
Smart-money lists are generated algorithmically from public on-chain activity and are not endorsements of any wallet, token, or strategy.
Safety checks are automated heuristics that can produce false positives or false negatives. A "passed" check is not a guarantee a token is safe.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that data (alerts, prices, balances, listings, scores) is accurate, complete, timely, or uninterrupted. On-chain and third-party data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TonSonar and its operator are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the Service or your trading decisions, including losses from token price moves, slippage, failed or front-run transactions, scam or rug-pull tokens, missed or delayed alerts, or third-party service failures (Telegram, tonapi, STON.fi, DeDust, ad or analytics providers). You use the Service and trade entirely at your own risk.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Paid tiers (Pro, Whale) are billed in Telegram Stars and may renew automatically for the stated period until cancelled.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in the Mini App or via Telegram. Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to Telegram's rules and our discretion.
Features, limits, and prices may change; we will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.

6. Acceptable use

Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, scrape, or disrupt the Service, use it for unlawful purposes, or attempt to access data that is not yours. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

7. Changes & availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
