TonSonar ("we", "the app") is a TON-native Telegram bot and Mini App that delivers
wallet and smart-money alerts, new-listing safety checks, portfolio insights, and one-tap
swaps via STON.fi. This policy explains what data we process and why. By using TonSonar
you agree to this policy.
Read-only by design. TonSonar never asks for, receives, or
stores your private keys, seed phrases, or recovery phrases. Wallet connection uses
TON Connect, which never shares your keys with us. We cannot move your funds.
1. Data we process
- Telegram account data: your Telegram user ID and interface language, provided
by Telegram when you open the bot/Mini App. We do not receive your phone number.
- Subscription data: your plan tier and renewal date, and Telegram Stars payment
identifiers (charge ID, amount, period) needed to manage subscriptions and refunds.
Payments are processed by Telegram — we never see your card or banking details.
- Wallet address you connect via TON Connect — a public on-chain address only,
used to show your portfolio and PnL. Read-only.
- Your watchlist and alert settings: the public blockchain addresses you choose
to track and your alert filters.
- Usage analytics: anonymous, aggregated app-usage events (e.g. opens, screen
views) via the Telegram Mini Apps Analytics SDK (provider: DataChief). Used to measure
engagement and improve the app.
2. What we do NOT collect
- Private keys, seed phrases, or recovery phrases.
- Your phone number, email, or contacts.
- We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
3. How we use data
- To deliver the alerts, lists, portfolio, and swap features you request.
- To process and manage your Telegram Stars subscription.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
4. Third-party services
To provide the service we exchange limited data with:
- Telegram — bot platform, Mini App delivery, and Stars payments
(privacy policy).
- tonapi.io — public TON on-chain data, queried by wallet/jetton address.
- STON.fi & DeDust — DEX market data and swap routing when you initiate a swap;
swaps are signed in your own wallet.
- Adsgram — ad network shown on the free tier; subject to its own policy.
- DataChief / Telegram Mini Apps Analytics — anonymous usage analytics.
5. Data retention
We keep your account, watchlist, and subscription data while your account is active.
Public on-chain data (transactions, listings) is cached for the service to function.
You can request deletion at any time (see below).
6. Your choices & rights
- Stop tracking: remove wallets from your watchlist or disconnect your wallet in
the Mini App at any time.
- Stop all processing: block the bot in Telegram.
- Delete your data: contact us (below) to request deletion of your stored account
data.
7. Children
TonSonar is not directed to anyone under 18. Do not use the service if you are under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date
above and, where appropriate, announced in the bot or channel.
